Recently, Meccanica Generale has worked for MIDEA, one of the most important Far East players.
The project provided for the study of three washing machine with loading capacity of resoectively 8 kg ( Washer & Washer/Dryer), 10 Kg ( Washer & Washer/Dryer) and 12 Kg. (Washer).
Design was carried out in parametric way by using the ASSEMBLY TECHNIQUE, in order to grant the interchangeability of the components. STRUCTURAL SIMULATIONS were a valid support to define the best geometry of the areas subjected to load and temperature.
RHEOLOGICAL ANALYSES have allowed defining the most suitable injection system and moulding parameters for granting the desired quality, for the spin-drying and washing phase, to grant the absence of motion and low noise, they availed themselves of a dynamic simulation software , and with the system CFD Meccanica Generale has grant the energy efficiency required.
THE USE OF THE DESIGN INTEGRATED WITH THE SIMULATION AND THE HERITAGE OF EXPERIENCE IN THE PLASTIC MATERIAL, TECHNOLOGIES AND MOULDS, HAS ALLOWED MECCANICA GENERALE TO HIT ALL TARGETS ESTABLISHED WITH MIDEA, THUS ATTAINING THE FULL COSTUMERS SATISFACTION.
